Small tiles are set by hand into a mosaic surface, each one catching light differently depending on the angle of view, so the piece genuinely changes as you move around it, something paint alone can't do. The tesserae are laid in loose, organic clusters rather than a rigid grid, keeping the softness of a garden rather than the precision of pure geometry. Mosaic tiles on wood, unframed, one of a kind.
