I was born and raised in Malibu, California, in a creative family deeply connected to nature. My mother is a singer-songwriter and my father works in real estate and is a passionate surfer, so I grew up surrounded by music, art, and the ocean. Fashion and imagination were always part of my world, I loved dressing up, making costumes, and creating my own designs. I was also introduced to meditation at a young age, and traveling through Costa Rica, Hawaii, Europe, and later India, Bali, Vietnam, and Thailand opened my eyes to different cultures, Eastern philosophies, craftsmanship, and ways of living. At 17, I attended a summer fashion program in Florence and fell in love with European life, the architecture, history, style, food, and everyday beauty of the city. That experience led me to Europe, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Istituto Marangoni in Paris and developed a design philosophy centered on individuality, emotion, and storytelling rather than trends.

Today, I am the founder and designer of House of Cécile, an artistic bridal house creating custom, made-to-order gowns that celebrate the individuality of each woman. My work is shaped by the places and cultures I have experienced, as well as nature, movement, spirituality, art, and the personal stories of the women I design for. I believe a wedding dress should be more than beautiful, it should feel deeply personal and allow a bride to express who she truly is. Each gown is approached as an individual work of art, bringing craftsmanship and imagination together to celebrate love, emotion, culture, and self-expression.

House of Cécile is a sacred union between creation and celebration of love, life, and artistic expression, brought to life through fashion and art.

Sivi doesn't separate her gowns from her paintings, both begin the same way: fabric, color, and instinct. What she can't say in a seam, she says in a brushstroke
